Sri.Kandula Narendranath Dut did his post graduation in agriculture sciences and is a man of commitment, perseverance and passion towards agriculture and farming .having a master’s degree in Agriculture and with the experience he gained in modern farming and in crop management during his tenure in the department of agriculture ( he worked in the department of agriculture at various levels ) his dream is to enter into agr-iinput sector .his dream came into existence in 2010 by starting INDUS CROP CARE Pvt. Ltd. The primary aim of the director is to support and help farmers with best class inputs for high yields and food security. In addition, he started “INDIA FIRST “a trust which is established with the aim of helping under privileged sections of the society.
Smt. Kandula Swapna is born in an agricultural family, and did her masters in English Lit. she looks after day to day administration and operations. plays a very critical role in improving the overall productivity with her time management and human resource management skills. She actively involves herself on all activities of company, and guiding the team in a very effective manner to make the company one of the best in industry.
Sri Rama Narasimha Rao he did his phd in pharma sciences .his advises are very instrumental and practical in financial management of the iccpl.
ANOOPKUMAR KASERLA ,graduated in agricultural sciences from acharya NG ranga agricultural university ,hyderabad.And he finished Advance Programe for Marketing Professionals (APMP) from IIM ,Calcutta. He is having a vast & rich experience of 25 years in various agri input (seed pesticide fertilizer ) marketing. .He has proven track record of driving brand awareness,customer engagement and revenue growth .And his expertise is strategic marketing,brand management, team leadership,and data analysis.
